On Saturday, November 14th, we are once again hosting a Beermaker’s Dinner at Den Lykkelige Sportsmann. Around the table, there will be time to enjoy the food, explore new flavors, and have a chat with colleagues or friends.

Numedal Stasjonsbryggeri – Beer with LocalHistory

Numedal Stasjonsbryggeri (Numedal Station Brewery) began in the waiting room at Rollag Station in 2014. The craft brewery draws both its name and inspiration from the Numedal Railway line; several of its beers are named after stations along the route, including Veggli, Rollag, and Flesberg. In the autumn of 2026, the brewery relocated its entire production to the Numedal Business Park.

This evening, we will be joined by brewer and speaker Per Morten Hegna. He will share stories from the brewery and provide insight into the brewing process, the craft, and the passion behind the beers being served.

We will kick things off with a Gaustatoppen Blond—a natural choice here at Gaustablikk, situated at the foot of the very mountain that gave the beer its name.

Following this, we will serve a three-course meal, curated by our head chef, Torbjørn, in collaboration with Per Morten. Each course is paired with a beer from the brewery, selected to complement the dish. Including the welcome beer, you will have the opportunity to sample four different brews throughout the evening.

Price: NOK 1,095 per person.

After dinner, the evening continues with music and pleasant company. DJ Jaime plays vinyl, setting the mood for the rest of the evening.
