
The highlight of the weekend is our traditional pit-roasting and stone-oven baking, where we use age-old cooking methods that have been passed down through generations. Together, we prepare food from scratch, with respect for local traditions and the natural surroundings.
The event is led by Marit Nordhov, who has extensive experience in traditional food preparation. She will guide us through the process and share her knowledge, ensuring that both beginners and experienced food enthusiasts enjoy an educational and inspiring experience.
This is more than just a trip—it is a social and sensory weekend where we create a memorable feast together, share stories around the campfire, and welcome the autumn season in spectacular surroundings.
